Dr Sashanka Sekhar Dutta, apart from being a social worker is also a well established and brilliant entrepreneur by occupation and choice. His scalable business model enables him to install organizational sustainability for the start-up organization, JBF.
Dr Sashanka started his entrepreneurial journey when he started contributing to his family’s business and after settling it, left for Delhi to start JBF in 2003.
After that, Dr Sashanka Sekhar Dutta and his better half Dr Smriti Rekha Dutta started Hiyaa’s Clinic, which they are successfully running together till date. They both have been engaged in the clinic as clinician along with a team of well trained and experts.
Dr Sashanka sekhar Dutta has proper understanding of organizational design and change initiatives for optimum manpower planning and optimization cost. He has also been developing relationship with local businesses in order to strengthen the capital flow and develop revenue return of JBF (India).
